He is an own son of World Champion Reining stallion, QT Poco Streke, earner of the NRHA Bronze Trophy, the APHA WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP Reserve Reining Stakes, Winner of the WORLD WIDE PAINT HORSE CONGRESS, High Point OCAP Horse (all through NRHA Competition). He was Reserve NRHA LO at the All American Quarter Horse Congress (against 47 AQHA Reiners). Two time NRHA Open Champion, and twice NRHA LO Champion. He has earned his ROM in Reining (18 pts) at 2 Shows. QT was High Point Midwest Open and Limited Open Reining Horse. Aztec's dam line includes Leo Bid, Bid Bar, Rocket Bar, and Flit Bar. Aztec is extremely agile and athletic with his dominant reining genes that he passes on to his foals as well as his mellow disposition. Aztec's get can be found around the world winning in performance events, on the polo fields in England and Argentina and Reining in Costa Rica. He is also the highest earning Paint in NRHA history. The Big Gun's Dam, Cactus Christy, is a multiple APHA World Champion and the dam of three NRHA Open Futurity Finalists. There is no doubt that The Big Gun has royal bloodlines but he is also unique and priceless on his own. The Big Gun is a World Champion, a Reserve World Champion, a multiple Derby champion, a money earner and a point earner. Out of over 270 Gunner foals, there are only a handful of Tobiano sons of Gunner.
